Julia’s Care Service Portal
People in need of care and their families choose a care service mainly on trust, and at the same time the service is looking for qualified staff. We built an easy-to-read website with strong contrast and a simple application path for caregivers.
About the project
In outpatient elderly care, psychological warmth and trust in corporate leadership are paramount. We redesigned their digital asset focusing on clear typography hierarchy, calming cream tones, and strict accessibility standards.
Starting point
Establishing visual layouts meeting absolute WCAG AA contrast ratios while mounting an intuitive, frictionless 1-minute employment slider to counter healthcare worker shortage.
Solution
Integrating locally hosted, sophisticated serif headings, contrasting earth-tone colors, and a clean, lightweight job applicant stepper omitting complex requirements.
Result
A calm, easy-to-read website for patients and families and a short application path: caregivers apply with just a few details and upload their certificates directly.
